(this recipe doubles/ triples/ quadruples easily)
1 cup favorite nuts or nut & seed mixture
¼ tsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste (optional)
Other seasonings to try:
Mix ½ tsp tamari sauce with olive oil and stir into nuts. Then sprinkle Basic Bouillon powder (in your favorite flavor) to cover them and stir the entire mixture well before roasting.
Mix ½ tsp steak sauce with the ¼ tsp olive oil, ¼ tsp honey, and stir. Cover nut mixture with the Basic Bouillon powder and stir the entire mixture well before roasting.
Drizzle oil over your favorite nuts or nut mixture, stir and place in the oven on 300 degrees to toast them. Stir every 3-5 minutes for about a total of 15 minutes. Pull them out when they are golden brown or finished toasting. Do not burn.
