Poppyseed Salad Dressing

2 Tbsp honey or xylitol
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground dry mustard
1 tsp grated onion
1 cup healthy oil of choice
1 tsp black chia seeds
1 Tablespoon Poppy seeds
In a blender, combine the first 7 ingredients and blend on high until creamy and smooth. Pulse in the poppy seeds. Pour this into a jar or salad dressing container and store it in the fridge between uses.
