Berry Blast Smoothie

2 cups dairy-free milk (almond, coconut, hemp, rice, etc.)

1 cup frozen berry mix

1 banana

1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 scoop vanilla or berry-flavored dairy-free protein powder

1 scoop vanilla collagen powder

1 tsp chia seeds

1 cup fresh greens (spinach, spring lettuce mix, kale, etc.)

1 packet monk fruit powder


Blend DF milk and lemon juice with chia seeds, protein powder, and collagen powder until smooth. Add greens, banana, frozen fruit, monk fruit, and ice and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
