Granola

7 cups rolled oats

1 cup ground flaxseed meal

2 cups protein vanilla powder

1-3 teaspoons wheatgrass juice powder or super antioxidant mix

1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (or both)

2 cups sliced almonds

1 cup raw cashew pieces or macadamia nuts

½ cup sesame seeds

1 cup raw sunflower seeds

1 cups raw pumpkins seeds

2 Tablespoons cinnamon

2 packets monk fruit powder

3 cups dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, currents, etc.)

In a blender, cream together:

1 cup healthy oil of choice (coconut oil, olive oil, or any cold-pressed mild-flavored oil)

1 cup honey

1 cup water

1 ½ Tablespoon salt

1 Tablespoon vanilla

(any extra spices  for special flavored recipes)

Directions: Pour creamed wet mixture over well-mixed dry ingredients gradually and mix in well. When dry ingredients are all moist, dehydrate or lightly bake the granola.

To dehydrate, simply spread the granola on dehydrator trays and dehydrate overnight or until the desired texture is reached (to store, dry it thoroughly).

If drying in an oven, lightly bake the granola at 275 degrees F, stirring every 15 minutes. Do this for 1 hour & it will be light & toasty! Let cool before eating.
